Grillvett Bronx HOOD is a model with protective walls (heat shields), an extractor hood, and spark arresters. If desired, the grill hood can be equipped with a built-in hydrofilter.

A 122 mm deep hearth that provides high heat transfer, fuel economy, and high durability
Grill grate – 1000×500 mm with lifting mechanism above the hearth area up to 350 mm
Removable spit with lifting mechanism above the hearth area up to 450 mm
Possibility to replace the spit with the second tier of the grill grate
Lifting mechanisms of the grate and the spit are regulated independently of each other

FUNCTIONALITY AND CONVENIENCE

The Bronx Hood grill is equipped with a height-adjustable grill grate and a height-adjustable spit with an electric drive with speed control. The spit can be replaced with a grill grate for languishing meat. Besides, it is possible to build railings with hooks into this grill for hanging meat at the request of the customer.
